To make an appointment to see a doctor or nurse you may telephone 01353 864100, come into the surgery to book an appointment or you can book an appointment online. Please ask at reception if you would like to use this service. We will give you a letter upon request containing the login details you need to access the service.

Local Practice Survey

Thank you to everyone who responded to our Local Practice Survey in December 2011. We distributed approximately 500 questionnaires to patients and 201 completed questionnaires were received, providing an excellent 39% return.

Outside Surgery Hours

For urgent appointments outside our normal surgery hours, please call the normal surgery number 01353 864100 and you will be put straight through to the out of hours service, Cam Doc.
